My name is Alex.
Since I was a kid I've been chasing new abilities, greater strength, and pushing my body to its limits. In middle school I started exploring bodyweight training, calisthenics, parkour, and martial arts. I was always known for my strength, and I consistently ranked among the strongest in arm wrestling compared to my friends and classmates, even defeating older and larger opponents before I had reached high school.
Back then, I didn't fully understand why I was so strong even though others around me worked out at the same time, in the same gym, but with very different results. I wondered if there was something more behind it. As I continued my fitness journey, I discovered that many of the activities I practiced daily had naturally strengthened and conditioned my tendons, connective tissues, and overall movement patterns. Without realizing it, I had built a powerful foundation for long-term strength.
As I got older, I became deeply interested in the science behind training. I studied anatomy, biomechanics, strength development, and muscle growth to understand how the human body adapts and performs. What I learned confirmed something I had experienced firsthand: the human body is capable of far more strength and resilience than most people realize.
